I learned my basic massage skills during my physiotherapy training, and developed a keen interest in massage therapy. I embarked on a Diploma in Professional Aromatherapy and qualified from the Elisabeth Jones School of Aromatherapy in 1999. I am a member of IFPA, the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists. The IFPA uphold strict guidelines on the practice of aromatherapy and regularly train their members to ensure that their practice is up to date. After my basic training I undertook further professional development courses in advanced massage and Indian head massage techniques.
